Sun River Health is a Federally Qualified, Non-Profit Health Center serving communities in Suffolk, Rockland, Orange, Duchess, Ulster, Sullivan, Columbia and Westchester County. We are currently seeking a full-time Data Analyst for the Project Management team (Value-Based Care) to join our team remotely. The Data Analyst will be responsible for leveraging Sun River Health's available data to provide a clear understanding of Sun River Health's performance in value-based payment contracts, beginning with MVP, to drive performance improvement. Essential Functions
- Leverage data from the ARC Tool, the ROI Tool, and elsewhere to provide a clear, transparent view of Sun River Health's performance in value-based payment contracts, beginning with MVP.
- Develop materials -reports and presentations for a variety of audiences that promote Sun River Health's performance management and improvement work within these contracts.
- Analyze data for the purposes of evaluations and improving reporting, transparency, and company goals.
- Participate in project management meetings, develop reports based on assigned projects.
- Provide project management support for key Sun River initiatives.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred
