ResponsibilitiesSummaryThe Data Intelligence Analyst will support the division of Analytics, Intelligence and Reporting by designing, developing, and maintaining data intelligence solutions. This role involves translating business needs into technical specifications, building and deploying BI solutions, and maintaining and supporting data analytics platforms.Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • The Data Intelligence Analyst designs, develops, and maintains scalable business intelligence solutions that provide actionable insights, including building reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
  • Analyzes data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, developing comprehensive reports that detail findings and provide clear, actionable insights for strategic decision-making
  • The Data Intelligence Analyst works closely with executive leadership to understand their data needs and translates business requirements into technical specifications to ensure the BI solutions meet these needs
  • Ensures the integrity, accuracy, and security of data used in BI tools through rigorous data validation and cleaning processes.
  • The Data Intelligence Analyst provides technical support for BI tools within the organization and trains end-users on how to effectively utilize the tools, helping to improve data literacy across the company.
  • Continually assesses and improves existing BI systems and processes, staying up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommending upgrades and new technologies as appropriate.
  • The Data Intelligence Analyst manages projects related to the development and deployment of BI tools, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
QualificationsMinimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • At least five (5) years of experience in a BI role, with a proven track record of developing effective BI solutions
  • Advanced proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze large datasets and extract useful business insights.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex data-related concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
