Data Analyst I - Stony Brook CPMP Finance
Location: East Setauket, NY - This position is only available to New York State Residents.
Schedule: Full time
Days/Hours: Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Salary Range: $66,691 - $76,000 (pay will be determined based on experience, preferred qualifications, and education)

Responsibilities:SUMMARY: The Data Analyst I will work collaboratively with users of clinical information systems on the compilation, analysis and dissemination of reports related to finance, quality, patient access, and other healthcare economic related requests. This includes coordinating and facilitating all aspects of planning, evaluation and development, reporting, problem resolution and solution to underlying business issues and objectives.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate with patients, staff and medical providers. The employee must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. This position is largely sedentary and requires the employee to remain stationary for a majority of the day.
