Support the Willow Project team in managing information management activities (data and documents) primarily at the Houston Wood Engineering Contractor Office. Also providing support to the fabrication site interface with COP and Wood Project Support * On-board and Off-board new team members * Administer Willow internal and external SharePoint sites * Quality reviews on engineering deliverables (IFA, IFC, IFF, etc.) * Technical writing and reviewing User Management and Support * Manage user access and requests * Train users as needed on access to project systems * Provide support to users to ensure system access * Link people to information sources (maintain IM source list)Data Management * Quality review on data from multiple sources (contractors, vendors, etc.) * Ensure systems are maintained as data is developed between engineering firms, fabricators and handover to COPA * Support data verification and validation activities Engineering Support * Experience with databases and Extract Transform and Load (ETL) tools * Experience supporting a variety of users in either an Information Management, IT or customer service environment * Must be detail-oriented * Proficient in Microsoft Business Tools (Microsoft Access DB skills) * Strong technical writing skills and experience * Experience with software applications, document management systems and databases * Ability to learn and train users in a variety of software tools * Bachelors degree or equivalent experience Required Skills : Microsoft Dynamics,Sharepoint,ETL Basic Qualification : Additional Skills : Background Check :Yes Drug Screen :Yes Notes : Selling points for candidate : Project Verification Info : Candidate must be your W2 Employee :No Exclusive to Apex :No Face to face interview required :No Candidate must be local :No Candidate must be authorized to work without sponsorship ::No Interview times set : :No Type of project :Assessment/Analysis Master Job Title :Data Analyst Branch Code :Houston
