Extreme Engineering Solutions (X-ES) is seeking an highly organized, data focused professional to support our sales, operations, and engineering departments.Our Data Analysts combine and analyze data from multiple sources to provide a holistic perspective and enable data-driven decision making throughout the organization. Duties and Responsibilities
- Compiling, analyzing, and reporting sales demand to model materials and labor requirements.
- Analyzing sales, operations, and engineering data to measure business performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborating with sales, operations, and engineering departments to understand data requirements and challenges.
- Developing processes and technologies to streamline data creation and maintenance.
- Communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner such as reports, scorecards, and dashboards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong research and data analysis skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Self-motivated to drive projects forward, with strong organizational skills and ability to meet project deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (with advanced Excel skills) and writing SQL queries.
- High level of written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Independent, self-driven, and data centric with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work onsite from our facility located at 9901 Silicon Prairie Parkway in Verona, WI.
Desired Qualifications
- Three years (3+) of related experience in an analytical role preferred.
- Exceptional research and data analysis skills, with a meticulous attention to detail
- Prior experience in a hardware technology industry.
- Ability to exercise a high degree of judgment and creativity to accomplish goals.
- Python programming skills and familiarity with version control systems.
- Experience working with data visualization and BI tools.
- Ability to provide mentorship and guidance to team members.
