Insight Global is seeking a Data Analyst for a large financial services client. This role is within the CFO Data Management organization, and will be responsible for analyzing data specific to Treasury Products. We are seeking candidates with strong data skills, specifically with SQL. This role will sit in Charlotte, NC, and is required to work in the office on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. Candidates should have extensive work history in several of the following key responsibilities:o Assume ownership of current Treasury Data Management controls across multiple Treasury products. Ownership will include building, delivering and monitoring daily data controls essential for Liquidity / Regulatory Reporting.o Generate daily and monthly reports on data quality breaks and data validation shifts outside of BAU thresholdso Drives and participates in design, development and implementation of future Treasury data controlso Liaise between Treasury lines of business and Technology team and other Data Management analysts to communicate control status and escalate issues according to defined processo Data Control Governance - Ensuring process controls, data validation activities, and measurement processes remain timely and relevanto Create and maintain required documentation and evidence to ensure adherence to EDM Standards and RDA requirementso Work under minimal supervision on Corporate Treasury projects that require creative solutions under very tight deadlineso Operational ExcellenceImproving Treasury Data Management functions for production, data governance, data change and regulatory/audit activitieso Change ManagementValidates data and signs off on reports within test environments to confirm application accuracy, functionality and EDM Standards are meto Manage relationships with diverse data partners and technology teams to support initiative work that demand aggressive timelineso Collaborate with PMO Leads to and provide updates on project timelines, deliverables and obstacles / challengingo Create reporting for senior management that proactively provides project status, issue / enhancement tracking and project implementationo Work primarily on the Corporate Investments Data Warehouse (CIDW). Required Skills & Experience* Bachelor's degree * 2+ years bank experience, project management or other data control environment * SQL experience Nice to Have Skills & Experience* Knowledge and prior experience with Liquidity Reporting / Regulatory reporting * Basic working knowledge of Tableau * Strong knowledge and prior experience with Data Controls monitoring and/or Data Control governance practices * Banking or Financial Experience * Familiarity with BAC Enterprise Data Management Policy & Standards * Treasury background * Familiarity with ETL tools (Informatica) * BI Tools (PowerPivot, Tableau) * Reconciliation experience * Data Warehouse experience Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
