Data Analyst
3-6 month contract, potential conversion
Hybrid in Golden (2 days in Golden, CO office; 3 days remote)
$45-60/hr
Our client is looking for a Data Analyst to be a central resource for the organization. This person will pull together information, create some reporting, and do some analysis for all of the organization's subsidiaries. This person will be utilizing models to look at trends, build reports, and analyze data to help with visibility into how the business is performing as a whole, and in different segments.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Data Analytics, Economics, Finance)
- 2+ years of experience as a Data/Business Analyst using tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience presenting complex technical topics to an executive audience
- Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects, communicating status and roadblocks
Bonus Points:
- Experience with healthcare data (specifically claims data) protected by HIPAA
- Experience in an organizational structure with a parent company and separate business units
- Previous experience building models in MS Excel for business forecasting and analysis
- Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization
