About the job Data Analyst OUR CLIENTOur client provides data-driven, action-oriented solutions to business problems through statistical data mining, cutting-edge analytics techniques, and a consultative approach. Leveraging proprietary methodology and best-of-breed technology, our client's analytics team takes an industry-specific approach to transform decision-making and embed analytics more deeply into their business processes. They have a global footprint of 2,000+ data scientists and analysts who assist client organizations with complex risk minimization methods, advanced marketing, pricing and CRM strategies, internal cost analysis, and cost and resource optimization within the organization. They serve the insurance, healthcare, banking, capital markets, utilities, retail and e-commerce, travel, transportation and logistics industries.ROLEWe are seeking Data Analyst (3 positions) with at least 4 years of experience in PMO/BA/Documentation/BRD/FRD etc. They should be conversant with Agile Methodology/Scrum/Customer Story Sessions etc. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Works with client leadership to recognize business opportunities, identify gaps and needs, develop value propositions, gather requirements, and create data-driven reporting solutions.
  • Can conduct workshops for requirement elicitation and facilitatesolution discussions with clients involving scope definition, alternatives design, feasibility and drive towards a prioritized backlog.
  • Prepare documentation/user stories/ artifacts as applicable to the methodologies being implemented that include but are not limited to User stories, Acceptance criteria, SRS, FSD, BRD, User Manuals etc.
  • Able to Design, implement, and manage new data and reporting structures to improve operational efficiencies and effectiveness independently and within a team structure.
  • Responsible for gathering, collecting, and analyzing relevant data from various sources, cleaning up and organizing the data to ensure accuracy and reliability, identifying patterns or trends by using software and tools, and preparing reports based on the analysis, highlighting key findings and insights.
  • Conduct validation sessions with the process owners & key stakeholders to ensure completeness & accuracy of deliverables Obtain sign-off. Manage the delivery of your own and your teams work to ensure we meet required standards and go beyond this to delight our clients.
  • Utilizes advanced problem-solving skills to produce visualization that clearly articulates the findings and provides recommendations
  • Experience in working in dual shore engagements.
  • Prepare weekly status reports and provide updates to stakeholders about them.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Relevant experience in business intelligence, data analytics with hands-on experience on AWS Quicksight, CRM Analytics or other visualization tools.
  • 4+ years of professional experience in areas of PMO / BA / Documentation / BRD / FRD. Conversant with Agile Methodology / Scrum / Customer Story Sessions
  • Graduate/Postgraduate from a reputed college/university preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Business, or Mathematics.
  • Exceptionally good MS Office skills including MS Visio & MS Project applications.
  • Specialized industry experience in the Life Insurance segment is highly preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to find solutions quickly.
  • Able to work in fast pace continuously evolving environment and ready to take up uphill challenges.
  • Experience in working in dual shore engagements.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
