POSITION SUMMARY The Data Analyst role will focus on resolving healthcare liens and is responsible for utilizing several data sources, including Excel, MS Access, SQL Server, and proprietary applications, to extract various forms of data, perform in-depth analysis, and format the results per requirements, to provide important, time-sensitive deliverables both internally and externally. Our ideal candidate will be data-oriented - able to manipulate, aggregate, and analyze large data sets from a variety of sources. A strong communicator in written and oral forms is paramount for this role. DEPARTMENT: Data POSITION LOCATION: Austin, TX (On-site) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Extract, manipulate, and analyze case/client data for internal and external use with SQL and Excel.
- Receive, format, and import client data to our custom applications utilizing Excel, SQL, and MS Access.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical analysts, and developers to identify and define specifications, indicate areas of system impact, and continuously communicate project status and needs.
- Coordinate with project management and business leads to prioritize and execute workload.
- Develop automations and job aids to improve efficiency and quality
- Develop data standards and quality control checklists to ensure data quality
- Follow all quality control checklists as required and document processes followed with expected and actual results.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIESRequired Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years' experience with SQL Server and Excel
- Minimum 2+ years' experience extracting, manipulating and analyzing data in tabular and relational formats
- Ability to analyze tens of thousands of records accurately, efficiently, and effectively
- Ability to clearly communicate status to the senior management team
- Demonstrated experience working on multiple projects simultaneously, producing a quality work product within communicated timeframes
- Exhibited strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and deliver results with tight deadlines
- Good organization skills and the ability to pay attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well independently, with little direction as well as with specific requirements and direction
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, listening, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or computer science or four years of related experience
- Experience with reporting platforms such as Power BI, Tableau or SSRS
- Experience with data integration tools such as SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
- Experience with quality assurance mechanisms within a data analysis environment
- Strong oral, written, and presentation skills with the ability to establish a deep understanding of ARCHER'S business.
