WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH In the Product Supply Chain organization, you will interact with quality teams across both footwear and apparel. This role facilitates essential connections among Product Creation, Sourcing, Labs, Manufacturing Engineering, and Partner Management teams. You will report to the Director of Product Integrity Standards and Governance. WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience with an analytical background
- Strong skills in Excel and Smartsheet
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
- Familiarity with SQL; experience with Snowflake is preferred
- Knowledge of Python or R is a plus
- Alteryx experience is preferred
- Ability to analyze large datasets, draw conclusions, and present coherent viewpoints
- Project management skills
- Comfort with ambiguity and a creative problem-solving mindset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A collaborative spirit and ability to work with diverse teams
- Passion for the brand and its values
- Previous experience or coursework focused on procurement, operations, or supply chain is preferred
- A track record of demonstrating entrepreneurial spirit in fast-paced environments
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review material and production data to identify improvements in reporting solutions and process automation (noting that much of this is decentralized).
- Excel in data extraction and summarization.
- Proficiency in Snowflake is required.
- Utilize Tableau and/or Power BI to present data effectively to stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency in Smartsheet and Excel is essential.
