This position involves generating and tracking forecasts through collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and the Global Operations Center. The analyst will manage specific reports and projects, support SCM Planners, and produce reports for internal customers and executive management.Responsibilities:Enhance SCM Operations and Forecast Accuracy:Provide monthly snapshots of demand forecasts and key SCM KPIs at both total and product levels.Bridge the gap between planning and execution through weekly analytical reviews.Identify root causes of operational failures and implement corrective actions.Drive operational requirements for new technology segments within the Display product group.Monitor Consumer Delivery Performance:Track daily delivery performance and analyze each step, including Click to Delivery, Order Allocation Management, and NPS tracking.Foster Consensus Among Teams:Improve collaboration between Sales, SCM, Marketing, and Logistics to close target gaps.Monitor and ensure progress on major SCM projects on a weekly basis.Required Knowledge, Education, and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.At least 3 years of experience in forecasting, demand planning, metrics, or reporting.High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Office Suite.Experience with SAP, Tableau, and Alteryx.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Comfortable working in a multicultural business environment.Willingness to work overtime as needed.#J-18808-Ljbffr
