PACO Group Inc. We are seeking a data analyst to support the Port Department's asset management program.RESPONSIBILITIES:Key responsibilities include data validation, clean-up, and adherence to enterprise data standards and business requirements.Utilize Maximo or similar CMMS for Preventative, Corrective, and Emergency work.Perform data analytics.Manipulate and interpret data for problem-solving.Implement business process improvements.Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-departmental teams.Utilize Microsoft Office suite and other relevant tools.Work in Facility and Operations Management environments.Demonstrate self-motivation and ability to prioritize tasks.Recommend modifications to procedures and reporting systems.Schedule, prioritize, track, and report work orders.Develop and maintain performance reports.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor of Science Degree in computer science, engineering, construction management, accounting, economics, or business administration.Demonstrated leadership skills in diverse workforce environments.Strong interpersonal skills.Excellent written and oral communication skills for varied audiences.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project.Experience with Maximo, Assetworks, ESRI Arc GIS, Oracle, COGNOS, SAP, BIM, CAD, RFID, SNMP, GPS.Valid driver's license (preferred).Must be able to obtain SWAC ID.Understanding asset management plans, maintenance strategies, Port Authority policies, and budget processes.Knowledge of maintenance, infrastructure, or asset management principles.Experience with QA/QC of asset data in Maximo.Understanding of Port Authority operations and contracts.Experience in leadership and workforce management.Familiarity with labor agreements for facility operations.Persuasive interpersonal skills.Location:New Jersey Marine Terminal, Newark NJPay Range:$135,200- $142,584 annually.Project Duration:1 Year.Working Hours:Monday to Friday.Type of work:Full-time/ On-site.Benefits401(k)401(k) matchingDental InsuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offProfessional development assistancePACO Group, Inc. is committed to furthering opportunities for women and minorities in the national construction market.
