Responsibilities:
- CRM data management and maintenance:
- Provide support for all CRM activities and CRM-related initiatives including overall tool maintenance, data maintenance, ensuring data integrity, reporting of data, etc.
- Review new marketing data on a regular basis to ensure standardization and data integrity.
- Assist with data management and integration functions for other marketing technology tools (such as Foundation, Alumni Database, Concep).
- Champion policies and procedures for system implementation, maintenance and use.
- Continually monitor and analyze system performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with CRM and other system service providers to ensure database integrity and process improvements.
- Participate in and apply knowledge gained from user group events.
- Support client relationship management by overseeing the integration of various contact lists including clients, prospects and referral sources; ensure that all necessary relationship data is captured and accessible.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing systems administrator, Competitive Intelligence, Digital Marketing and Business Development team members to optimize usage of CRM among the firm's marketing technology tools.
- Work with IT on any new updates or integrations and tools for monitoring the health and performance of marketing technology.
- Participate in collaborations with other departments to integrate and share data.
- Proactively engage in user support and training of new users, including (eventually) attorneys.
- Reporting and other tasks:
- Monitor data quality within the firm's CRM to ensure the data is current, accurate and complete according to vendor's best practices.
- Configure and monitor the setup of users, variables/fields and metadata used to capture data and execute on marketing automation needs.
- Monitor system usage and performance, identifying any technical issues and participating in their resolution.
- Proactively engage in delivery of reports and analysis using data maintained in technology tools.
- Facilitate the use of CRM data in developing mailing lists, tracking activities and identifying business development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in law firm knowledge management or marketing technology.
- Experience with law firm CRM systems; familiarity with Intapp DealCloud is preferred.
- Experience with law firm experience management systems.
