What You'll Do
Review the client organization's current and legacy data to evaluate data quality and opportunities for improvement
Research new data sources and analytical tools, such as those available in third-party platforms such as AWS
Contribute to new application and report development, as well as implementing improvements in product delivery and presentation, through the use of database applications and analytical tools
Engage our internal customers in their data collection efforts and seek their feedback on any modifications and improvements they intend to implement
What You'll Need
Required
Proficiency in data analysis
Data modeling, data mining, and database design & optimization
SQL programming
Proficiency in statistics and statistical packages like Excel, SPSS.SAS
Strong mathematical skills to help collect, measure, organize, and analyze data
Knowledge of programming languages like SQL, Python, and JavaScript
Technical proficiency regarding database design development, data models,techniques for data mining, and segmentation
Experience in handling reporting packages like Business Objects and/orprogramming (JavaScript, XML, or ETL frameworks) databases
Proficiency in statistics and statistical packages like Excel, SPSS, SAS to be used for data set analyzing
Desired
Experience with SAP BusinessObjects
JavaScript, XML, and/or other ETL frameworks
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
