JOB SUMMARY:The Data Analyst will play a vital role in transforming complex data into actionable insights, supporting informed decision-making across the organization. This role is responsible for evaluating dashboards and metrics, conducting training sessions to ensure effective utilization of data tools, and advocating for a data-driven culture. The Data Analyst will support and maintain data analysis systems, such as Power BI, and follow a structured business intelligence process to address specific business questions.The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, technical expertise in data visualization platforms, and excellent communication abilities to effectively share insights with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or equivalent work experience in a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role.
- Experience supporting end-users, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a performance-driven environment.
- Experience working with large datasets and data warehousing concepts.
- Previous experience in a dealership, retail, or operational analytics environment is a plus.
- Proficiency with Power BI, Excel, and other reporting tools.
- Strong skills in data querying techniques and SQL.
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
- Experience documenting and maintaining configuration settings and BI process documentation.
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, climb, bend, move occasionally, and sit for an extended period throughout their scheduled working time.
