We are seeking a talented Data Analyst to join their team based in Los Angeles. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's data-driven decision-making processes. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, design and implement data collection strategies, and develop data analysis frameworks. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Develop and maintain data models, data pipelines, and data analysis frameworks.
  • Create and present data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and develop strategies for data collection.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data quality and accuracy.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with large and complex datasets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Experience in the executive search industry is a plus.
