In addition to a competitive base wage, CSB offers a wide variety of employee benefits listed below.Summary: Under general direction of the Project Management Officer works to transform data into knowledge. Designs, develops, tests and supports business intelligence, data modeling, analysis and reporting solutions. Works to develop an end-to-end reporting process that includes providing visualizations and data for internal users as well as external vendors. Works with other report authors throughout the organization to help develop their skills and assists the process improvement and automation teams with their data requirements. Essential Functions: Essential duties and responsibilities include the following; however, other duties may be assigned. Works to create and end-to-end data analysis process that includes coordination with the subject matter expert to gather requirements and reporting objectives, development of report content, choice of delivery method and frequency, and data accuracy. Prioritizes work efforts. Creates a review cycle for custom developed reporting systems to ensure accuracy and necessity of the individual reporting items. Utilizes tools provided including all reporting systems, business intelligence systems, and other reporting systems. May administer any of these systems, as assigned. Works to improve the overall effectiveness and efficiency of our Bank by utilizing data reporting and business analytics to drive results. Works to maintain a database of reporting efforts, including descriptions of data sources used, functional requirements for systems or reports, and accurate documentation of the specifics of how reports are constructed - including data sources utilized, any changes to the data performed by the report, and other attributes as necessary. Helps others throughout the organization with system usage and report writing to promote our data systems and ensures that employees can get the data they need in the most efficient way. Promotes the adoption and engagement of reporting platforms. Develops a working knowledge of the technology surrounding business intelligence and data analytics - including data warehousing, data modeling, database structure and storage. Works to understand all bank reporting systems and tools. Stays abreast of data analytic and business intelligence improvements and new technologies associated with the discipline. Communicates findings and transfers data into understandable deliverables, easily communicating complex ideas. Effectively relates and communicates technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel through strong verbal and written communications, and interpersonal relationship skills. Education: A high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required. A four-year degree in a related field is preferred.
