This position involves executing data analysis and algorithm coding for engine health monitoring, primarily using Python and SQL. Based in a dynamic team environment, the role requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, 2-4 years of relevant experience, and strong analytical skills. Ideal candidates will have mechanical aptitude, experience with engines, and proficiency in statistical methods. Soft skills such as creativity, teamwork, and effective communication are essential. Applicants lacking the necessary educational background, coding skills, or teamwork abilities will not be considered. Position Overview The role involves executing data analysis requests which may include data studies, condition monitoring content creation, dashboards, or other project work. The candidate will be fully engaged with team activities and contribute significantly to the work group through these tasks. Job Responsibilities
  • Coding engine health algorithms.
  • Data mining to validate the engine health algorithms.
  • Data mining and analysis to support product problems.
  • Collaborating with team members to refine tasks based on results from data analysis.
Candidate Requirements Education & Experience Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 2 4 years engineering experience required (combination of internship experience and hands on work experience).
Technical Skills Required
  • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Desire to code in computer languages used by the team, currently Python and SQL.
  • Mechanical aptitude and vocabulary.
