JOB DESCRIPTIONPosition Overview We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst with strong SAS programming and SQL skills to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with business acumen to deliver meaningful analysis and recommendations. Must be comfortable working both independently and as part of a cross-functional team. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain SAS programs for automated reporting and advanced statistical analysis
- Create and optimize SAS stored procedures and views for improved data accessibility
- Maintain and develop data interfaces
- Troubleshoot system and batch processing
- Design and execute complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and share business insights
- Identify trends and patterns in data to support strategic decision-making
- Document technical processes and maintain data dictionaries
- Validate data quality and implement data cleaning procedures
- Mentor junior analysts in SQL and SAS best practices
Required Qualifications
