Collect, clean, and transform data from multiple sources to support analysis and solution development. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable insights and facilitate data-driven decision-making. Assist in the automation of data workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. Support the adoption and integration of emerging tools and technologies, including AI and machine learning, to enhance analytics capabilities. Continuously monitor and maintain analytics deliverables to ensure they stay relevant to evolving business requirements. Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R for data manipulation and analysis. Experience with data preparation and cleaning for rapid solution development. Understanding of automation tools (e.g., Alteryx) and their application in data workflows.Desired Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and a demonstrated ability to quickly understand new business domains. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience with agile project management methodologies. Exposure to AI and machine learning techniques, particularly in a business context. Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
