We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst Team Lead to oversee the consolidation of data within existing systems, preparing for a future migration to Salesforce. Reporting to senior leadership, you will build and lead a team of three analysts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and project management skills.

The position begins with a two-week onsite onboarding period in Austin, followed by a hybrid work schedule. The interview process consists of a single roundtable discussion with agency leaders, conducted in-office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Development:
  • Recruit, onboard, and train a team of three data analysts.
  • Provide mentorship and foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  • Set team goals and ensure consistent performance alignment with project objectives.
  • Data Strategy & Consolidation:
  • Lead efforts to consolidate existing data.
  • Develop workflows and processes to prepare data for migration to Salesforce.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance throughout the consolidation process.
  • Project Management:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and milestones.
  • Oversee and prioritize analytics and data preparation tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Maintain clear communication with leadership and provide regular progress updates.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Ensure data preparation aligns with Salesforce migration best practices.
  • Optimize workflows for data extraction, transformation, and migration readiness.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics or related fields, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Familiarity with government or public sector analytics is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
