Job Description: Seeking an experienced Data Analyst responsible for managing datasets alongside the engineering/architecture teams, generating reports and models, creating visualizations, and delivering their insights in presentation form. Have a strong background in mathematics and statistics, and excellent communication skills. This position is to support a nationwide customer in a mission critical operational environment where responsiveness, reliability and adaptiveness are requirements. They must be self-directed and comfortable supporting the data needs of multiple teams, systems, and products. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related STEM field with minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role or Master's Degree with minimum 1 year experience in a similar role preferred.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Coordinates continuous improvement initiative ideas between personnel and management using established tools.
- Produces daily, weekly, and/or monthly reports as assigned.
- Regularly examines data reports to identify and resolve data integrity issues.
- Participates in projects and other tasks as assigned.
- Communicates the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to managers.
- Processing confidential data and information.
- Helping develop and modify reports as required to meet program needs.
- Managing and designing the reporting environment, including data sources, security, and metadata.
- Supporting the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting.
- Assessing tests and implementing new or upgraded software and assisting with strategic decisions on new systems.
- Generating reports from single or multiple data sources.
- Troubleshooting the reporting database environment ensuring tools and reports are working with latest software revision requirements.
- Assembling large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements.
- Creating data tools for analytics and team members that assist them in building and optimizing product workflows.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Expert level experience in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office products.
- Analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines.
