The Data Analytics Developer is responsible for creating and managing analytical data structures and reporting capabilities using the MS Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate. This role involves working with IT management and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions. Key duties include managing Power BI workspaces, developing dashboards and reports, designing data models, and ensuring data quality. The developer will also handle the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) for analytics solutions, from inception to delivery, and evaluate new technologies in MS Azure and data analytics. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience with MS Power Platform and MS BI Tools, including advanced data visualization skills and proficiency in T-SQL and SSAS. Experience with MS Power Automate and other ETL tools is preferred. A bachelor's degree is required, with professional certifications being a plus. The role demands strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. The position requires on-site presence, occasional off-site travel, and availability for extended hours as needed. The expected salary range for this position is between $144,000 - $175,000. The actual base salary offered will depend upon a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
