In this role, you will oversee the overall function and operation of our Data Analytics team. You will provide clear direction, guidance, and necessary resources for the team to ensure client deliverables are within scope, meet client needs, and demonstrate progress towards identified metrics. Additionally, you will assist the KM Project/Operations Manager with administrative tasks and strategic planning to support the Data Analytics team and the overarching Knowledge Management Team.Responsibilities:Project Management: Ensure all programs and projects are planned and managed according to CATHEXIS standards, track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, act as the lead and liaison between the KM Project/Operations Manager and other decision-making groups, and monitor and evaluate the team's efficiency and effectiveness using metrics and feedback.People Management: Manage and develop the team by setting clear expectations, providing feedback, identifying growth opportunities, and recognizing contributions and collaboration beyond job responsibilities.Requirements:Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) and 7+ years of experience.Minimum of 5 years of experience as a supervisor or project leader in a multi-level or matrixed organizational structure.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role supporting government contracts and/or in a corporate environment.Minimum of 3 years of experience leading the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management applications.Able to obtain a minimum of NACI (National Agency Check with Inquiries) for a Veterans Affairs Public Trust Clearance.5+ years of experience with MS/MA, 2+ years of experience with PhD, and 0-3+ years of management experience.Skills:Ability to work independently and lead initiatives with minimal guidance.Strong relationship building skills with clients and cross-functional teams.Ability to motivate and lead teams, promote knowledge sharing and collaboration, and clearly communicate expectations and delegate responsibilities.Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with great attention to detail.Strong understanding of workstream subject matter principles, methodologies, and best practices.Continuous learning mindset and self-motivated to stay updated on emerging trends and technologies.Benefits:Competitive compensation packages.Performance bonuses.Medical, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) plan.Life insurance.Paid time off and 11 federal holidays.Parental leave.Short-term and long-term disability.Training and development opportunities.Wellness program.Community outreach initiatives.CATHEXIS is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer and values diversity in its workforce.
