Overview:
The Data Analytics Search Term Specialist, is an individual contributor who must be detail oriented, possess written and verbal communication skills, and hold a deep understanding of a dtSearch index. A person in this role can execute complex transactional tasks with precision, as well as complex iterative tasks requiring version control. Tasks may require consulting; the determination is discretionary and requires identifying when and how to advise.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Expert Relativity user with comprehensive search capabilities
- Deep understanding of dtSearch index, tokenization, Boolean operators and limitations
- Modify terms to comport with Relativity requirements while considering client intent
- Create and modify Search Term Reports (STRs) within Relativity
- Troubleshoot errors as they arise and perform extensive Self QC on every task
- Familiarity with regular expressions and their use in Relativity
- Understand, accommodate, and communicate prioritization of requests across matters
- Maintain awareness of work entering DA ticketing queue
- Handle complex transactional tasks from beginning to end, with efficiency and accuracy
- Coordinate the transition of tasks to and from colleagues in other time zones, as needed
- Communicate and coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Analytics teammates, Project Management and Review
- Express expected timelines

- Understand pertinent components of the Consilio approach to the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM)
- Confirm that requests align with project goals and help reframe requested tasks as needed
- Explore project needs, and formulate solutions to project issues
- Anticipate data or process related issues and provide pre-emptive solutions
- Consider the results created and investigate any anomalies or follow up questions
- Understand pertinent components of the Consilio approach to the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM)
- Where appropriate, introduce other applicable DA services to internal stakeholders to add value to clients
- Administrative Requirements
- Track metrics including billing time entry and culling in line with team expectations
Additional Responsibilities/Details:
- Assist with internal initiatives including technology testing and workflow development
- Support the onboarding of new colleagues; shadowing project work and providing guidance
- Apply knowledge to custom analytics requests to devise solutions
- Support cyber and SDS set up
Qualifications:

- J.D., Paralegal Certificate, or BS in relevant field Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Retrieval Sciences, among others), or equivalent

Other Requirements:
- Extensive experience analytics workflows and Relativity UI
- Proven work experience in the eDiscovery industry
- Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Suite
- Industry certifications
