Data Analytics Specialist – South Burlington, VTVermont Federal Credit Union is recruiting for a Data Analytics Specialist out of our South Burlington Operations Center.Job Description:Assist with our main reporting tool, cView, to ensure the Credit Union is taking full advantage of its features and benefits. Create queries, reports, charts and graphs in response to requests for member, product and profitability information. Assist staff with data mining requests in all CU systems. Assist in the creation, testing, maintenance, etc. of cView workflow and referral activities.Convey timely and accurate data to Management and others that will assist with identifying opportunities and trends, offer insights into member behavior, and provide context and support for strategic initiatives.Assist with all duties associated with the Credit Union's Digital Strategy including, but not limited to, analytics, evaluations, implementations, and iterations.Provide metrics that gauge the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs.Other duties as required, which may include the development of dashboards, assistance with workflow analysis, and other specific projects.Deliver outstanding service that is in alignment with the Credit Union's Service Promises.Requirements:One to three years of similar or related experience.A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact.A bachelor's degree, or (2) achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor's degree (e.g. information technology certifications in lieu of a degree).Qualified candidates should apply online via our website: www.vermontfederal.orgDon't meet every single requirement?
