Data Analytics, Visualization, and Process Improvement Analyst

Job Description: GridIron IT is seeking a Data Analytics, Visualization, and Process Improvement Analyst with an Active Top Secret (SCI Eligible) Clearance. This individual will be responsible for monitoring program performance and maintaining the client's operational metrics program, who will also be implementing and assessing compliance reviews and coordinating data requirements.

• Qualifications/Duties:Bachelors Degree + 2 years of related professional experience
• Top Secret Clearance
• Responsible for pulling, aggregating, and reporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics to support executive oversight, trend analysis, and risk management.
• Responsible for planning and executing data evaluations of privacy compliance parameters.
• Must be prepared to brief data and trends to executive oversight boards and senior executives.
• Must have very strong Microsoft Office product skills, especially Excel, with experience in organizing and manipulating simple databases and developing visualizations and graphs.
• Should have an analytical mindset and good oral communication skills.

Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary Range: $100,000-130,000 (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.)
