This position is an important part of a growing performance and tooling team. A successful candidate will deeply understand data structures and dashboards, and be able to maintain and improve on established processes. Performance Analysts provide both ad hoc and continued analysis on success defining metrics. They manipulate data using powerful analytical software and applications to produce and maintain dashboards, prepare reports and evaluate outcomes. They then use strong communications skills to present these reports to the correct internal and external stakeholders, ensuring correct interpretation of the data. Performance Analysts are able to analyze and manipulate data throughout a wide variety of mediums, and identify important information for a wide range of business interests. They are accountable project owners or stakeholders in the implementation of an evolving roadmap of tooling and process enhancements for TAS. A Performance Analyst is efficient in balancing time-sensitive analysis needs while also helping to design and develop longer term solutions to analyze performance, identify opportunities for optimization and mitigate risks. Since data collection is an important aspect of the job, analytical skills are important as well as the ability to meet deadlines. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze daily, weekly, monthly and/or annual data to determine trends, needs and emergencies
- Generate and maintain analysis tools and dashboards that expose unique insights on key metrics
- Distinguish between ad hoc analysis needs and continued analysis needs
- Aggregate data from multiple sources
- Report on ongoing, special and emergency metrics and resolution
- Identify and implement workflow automation opportunities
- Analyze ops dashboards and other data, including client provided data
- Develop solutions or alternative practices and maintain them
- Act as a product owner for solutions or tools you are in charge of: meet with users to understand needs and improvement opportunities, prioritize and implement evolutions, maintain as needed
- Ensure scalability of the tools and processes built
- Confer with managers to ensure changes implemented are providing the expected outcome
- Compile detailed feedback for improvements to tools maintained outside of the organization
- Gather and organize information about the problem to be solved or the procedure to be improved
- Responsible for providing scalable, frustration free, customer-centric recruiting and onboarding processes for candidates and business partners

Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Education Preferred: Skilled trades training and experience, or university degree in a relevant course of study preferred.
- 3+ year experience with data or strong data/performance management skills and extensive knowledge of transportation operations
- Database query language proficiency preferred
- Google Script/Javascript experience preferred
Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs):
- Strong Google Workspace Proficiency (Google Docs, Google Calendar, Google Slides, Google Sites and especially Google Sheets.)
- Ability to work independently to accomplish an extensive project roadmap.
- Deep understanding of spreadsheet functions and formulas.
- Working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint programs
- Ability to build and maintain dashboards.
- Strong written and oral communication skills; excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to organize and perform work efficiently; strong attention to details Strong team mentality.
- Ability to own either all, or part of a project or process.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance.
- Travel up to 10% of the time
- Ability to work in a fast-paced constantly evolving environment.
Pre-Employment Requirements:
- All Transdev employees must satisfactorily complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Safety Sensitive Positions will also be subject to a physical screening
