Avon Grove Charter School is looking for a part-time Data Associate to join our Information Technology team. The Data Associate will support all administrative and instructional staff in their use of PowerSchool SIS and data applications, by providing audits, training, and system documentation. The candidate will interact with all District staff on all facets of the SIS to solve technical issues and provide solutions.
REPORTS TO: Student Data System Coordinator
LOCATION: State Road, West Grove, PA 19390
SCHEDULE: 7:30am-3:00pm, Monday-Thursday
CLASSIFICATION: Part-Time, Exempt, 12-Month
Qualifications:
* Associates Degree in Business/Data Management or the equivalent of three years professional experience in data.
* Five years progressive experience in business office setting.
* Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, organization and communication skills; in addition, the ability to effectively deal with multiple abilities and personality types.
* Technical expertise in SIS, PowerSchool, SQL, advanced excel functions and data transfer methods such as filezilla preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Applications.
* Understanding and comfortable working with IT ticketing systems and project management.
* Advanced knowledge of application troubleshooting with education industry specific applications.
* Ability to learn new technical processes, functions, and backend reporting.
* Possesses self-discipline and the ability to work under minimal supervision to meet key deadlines.
* Displays and models professional and ethical standards when dealing with students, parents, peers, and community.
