Conduct technology integration scope analysis for newly acquired company infrastructures. Ensure compliance with Security and Enterprise Architecture guidelines, addressing gaps in collaboration with Cyber Security or Enterprise Architecture teams. Communicate and manage expectations around technical integration efforts, including their impact on project timelines.
