Open for 24x7 GEO support model and act as management on-call in case of any severities/outages
Desire Knowledge & Expertise
Expertise in Cable management with structured cabling of both network and power cables.
Responsible for Asset and Inventory Management.
Expertise in all datacenter technology, including Racking & Stacking of new equipment (Compute, Network or Security Devices) and removal of decommissioned equipment.
Experience in monitoring and supporting datacenter infrastructure activities related to Electrical, Cooling, Fire Suppression, Plumbing, Carpentry, Lighting etc...
Coordinate and collaborate with vendors for maintenance schedules.
Experience in ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Remedy etc.
Experience in Hardware support, including configurations for new equipment (Servers, Switches, Security devices, Datacenter Devices etc..) in the datacenter.
Experience in IT infrastructure projects and proven ability to consult, oversee & improve information services, support and administration programs, client relations, vendor management & interpersonal skills.
