Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement IT infrastructure solutions, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Ensure infrastructure security and compliance with organizational policies.
- Collaborate with teams to integrate and optimize IT systems.
- Execute IT infrastructure projects, meeting timelines and quality standards.
- Provide end-user support and training while documenting configurations and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience) with 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools, excellent customer service skills, and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
- Preferred: Airline industry experience and expertise in data center engineering.
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in troubleshooting hardware, network, and software issues.
- Experience with installing/configuring hardware, managing data centers, disaster recovery planning, and IT security compliance.
- Knowledge of network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls) and IT ticketing systems.
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to travel and work flexible shifts.
