Role Synopsis:
The Data Center Marketing Manager creates the right marketing and communication plans for US Data center market, support to lead Castrol ON brand with the right product portfolio in US and develops and drives marketing activities in US data center thermal management market in the specified region to help deliver volume, turnover and gross margin targets.
The Data Center Marketing Manager is responsible for operational marketing excellence across the data center team and to develop step-out opportunities for Castrol's data center cooling business beyond the core products with focus on new business models and value-added services.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Marketing Head of Data Centre and the Castrol LT to build a strong marketing activation plan for US and execute the plans by working closely the DC marketing team.

How much do we pay (Base)? $102,000- 190,000.
Note that the pay range listed for this position is a genuinely expected and reasonable estimate of the range of possible base compensation at the time of posting.
This position offers paid vacation depending on your years of relevant industry experience and will range from 15-30 days of vacation. You will also be eligible for 9 paid holidays per year and 2 personal choice holidays.
