As a Site Security Patrol Officer you are responsible for conducting regular security patrols of Oracle owned property and you are considered the customer service face of security.DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain friendly and professional relationship with owners, managers, coworkers, customers, and vendors.
- Maintain valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, current vehicle insurance, and current vehicle registration in order to utilize company assigned vehicles if required.
- Maintain and comply with regular and predictable attendance and punctuality standards.
- Perform tasks outlined in SOP such as but not limited to (patrols, escorts, DARs, emergency procedures, and more.)
- Responsible for reporting any incidents to Management (damage to buildings, potential break-ins, injuries, etc.) and completing all documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
- Responsible for learning and complying with ALL company policies, guidelines, policies, and instructions in the Standard Operating Procedures manual (SOP), Supervisor One Page Post Orders, and The Security Officers Handbook.
- Responsible for accurately completing the Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports, as needed
REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to details
- Excellent customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Time management
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma
- CPR/AED/First Aid certified (preferred)
- Military or law enforcement (preferred)
- Minimum one-year corporate security experience (preferred)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Physical demands of the job, including bending, sitting, lifting, walking, climbing stairs, and driving.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds at times.
