Job Summary We are seeking skilled Data Engineers to support a data integration project involving the migration of legacy CRM data and current operational data from Salesforce into Client's data lake. This integration will enhance reporting and lead management for real estate agents using the Client Homes platform. The role involves working collaboratively with engineers and testers in a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities •Design, develop, and implement data pipelines to integrate legacy CRM and Salesforce data into the Client data lake. •Work with AWS services such as Redshift and Glue to process, transform, and store data efficiently. •Collaborate with the ETL tester to validate data integrity and accuracy. •Develop and maintain code using Python and PySpark for data transformation and processing tasks. •Write efficient and optimized SQL queries for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting purposes. •Ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of data integration processes. •Partner with team members to troubleshoot issues and continuously improve data workflows. Required Qualifications •Strong expertise in data engineering with hands-on experience in AWS services like Redshift and Glue. •Proficiency in Python and PySpark for developing data pipelines. •Advanced knowledge of SQL for complex data queries and transformations. •Experience with data lake architectures and integration projects. •Familiarity with CRM systems, especially Salesforce, is a plus. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. •Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
