Job Summary: The Data Entry Analyst will provide clerical support to the IAO Foundry Change Management team, focusing on maintaining and cleaning up the Change Scout platform. The role involves data entry, collection, and analysis, specifically using Salesforce platforms. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and within a team are essential. The candidate must be willing to work onsite at least one day a week.
Key Responsibilities:- Data entry and maintenance of the Change Scout platform, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
- Support the team in project entry, review, and processing across various functional sites.
- Handle data entry of spending, invoices, purchase orders, change orders, and forecasting data into project cost tracking systems.
- Establish, monitor, and maintain project files and logs.
- Perform reconciliations and ensure accuracy of data.
- Communicate effectively across teams to support change management processes.
Required Qualifications:- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience with Salesforce platforms.
- Data entry and data collection experience.
- Ability to work onsite at least one day per week.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with Change Scout or similar Salesforce-based platforms.
- Experience in Change Management processes.
