Job Description:

• A data entry administrator is responsible for inputting, updating, and verifying data in databases or information systems.

• Paycom Specialists work with clients to understand their needs and provide proactive solutions.

• This role handles all aspects of the payment process, from tracking employees' time through issuing paychecks.

Data Entry Associate Tasks & Duties (What you'll do):

• Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities

• Verify data by comparing it to source documents

• Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested

• General Admin duties

• Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost

• Update existing data.

• Correct and modify inaccurate files and records

• Apply data program techniques and procedures

• Keep information confidential

• Respond to requests for information and access relevant files

• Comply with data integrity and security policies

Data Entry Associate Shift Info:

• Day Shift, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

• Monday - Friday

Data Entry Associate Qualifications (Requirements/Skills):

• Data Entry Associate

• Proven data entry work experience

• Experience with MS Office and data programs

• Familiarity with administrative duties

• Attention to detail

• Confidentiality

• Organizational skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks

• Able to work in the US

• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

• Able to pass a background check
