- Answer questions regarding shipments and billing.
- Enter extensive data into computer software.
- Take and input orders into the system.
Essential Skills- Strong customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
- Clerical and typing skills.
- High School Diploma.
