TEMPORARY POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail oriented Data Entry Associate for a temporary position. In this role you will support the Property Operations Team by accurately entering and maintaining data. The individual in this role is responsible for the transfer of data from one Property Management software to another. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and occasional direct communication This is a temporary role with an estimated duration of 45-60 days.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Performs data entry tasks in an accurate and timely fashion according to team production standards.
• Perform standard data entry tasks according to team minimum production and accuracy standards, examine data records, inspect and record completeness, accuracy and other potential problems in processing.
• This is a project based assignment that will complete once all content is transferred.

QUALIFICATIONS

A. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.

B. Experience:

• One or more years of relevant experience
• Experience with ResMan or similar property management software program a plus
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision

C. Personal Characteristics:

• Excellent organizational skills
• Exceptional internal and external communication skills
• Positive attitude and approach to work
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus

COMPENSATION

The pay range for this role begins at $25.00 per hour and goes to $35.00 per year depending on experience and skill sets. Archway offers paid sick leave for temporary employees.
