Location: San Diego, CAThe USC Keck School of Medicine - Alzheimer's Therapeutic Research Institute (ATRI), located in San Diego, California is an academic institute comprised of scientific collaborators committed to advancing the development of new treatments for Alzheimer's disease through innovative clinical trials.This position is responsible for answering and directing incoming general inquiries made through the Alzheimer Therapeutic Research Institute's (ATRI) Website, using email and phone call as the main communication methods.The Call Center Data Entry Associate responds quickly and courteously to basic inquiries using email templates, and call scripts, and enters data in the client relationship management computer system(s) ensuring data accuracy. This position is also responsible for following up on unresolved general inquiries, performing simple tasks such as identifying and escalating to the corresponding internal team, the Call Center Team Leader, or other Subject Matter Expert's in ATRI as appropriate.This position will also serve as back up of the Call Center Customer Service Representatives and will perform other data entry tasks as needed.Use of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel) or Google Workspace tools highly preferred.USC will consider for employment all qualified applicants with criminal records in a manner consistent with applicable laws and regulations, including the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for employers and the Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, and with due consideration for patient and student safety.
