- Assist with regulatory compliance matters
- Respond to customer inquiries in regards to account status, necessary documentation, and accounting deadlines
- Stay updated with service specifications to provide clients with proper guidance
- Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner
- Proficiency with Quickbooks
Qualifications of the Data Entry Clerk:
- SAP experience is desired but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of CRM systems is preferred
- Strong data entry and typing skills
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
