JOB DESCRIPTIONThis position is responsible for understanding, analyzing, correcting, and verifying data transmitted from mobile data computers (tablets) into the verification module.Responsibilities
  • Understand logic of information documented on a manifest, the guidelines/policies affecting that information, and be able to recognize possible errors with trip or route data.
  • Verify data accurately and efficiently.
  • Be able to work on your own with little supervision.
  • Email/correspond professionally with providers about correction request(s).
  • Run verification reports and make necessary corrections.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Basic computer knowledge and the ability to work in a Windows environment.
  • Basic electronic filing and organization experience.
  • Basic knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Experience with 10 key data entry (not required, but helpful).

  • Ability to file the manifests.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under time constraints.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in the English language.
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.
