- Proficient typing, computer skills and computer software(i.e. Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability to learn client Software systems including Versatile Enterprise, RMS, others.
- Ability to learn client processes and procedures as needed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interface with company personnel, vendors and other parties connected with the company.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and a proven ability to successfully handle multiple tasks at the same time is strongly preferred.
- Ability to use various scanners and software to upload and associate files in data base.
