Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in the Hi Tech Engineering industry, located in Reno, Nevada. The chosen candidate will be assigned to handle order entry, customer follow-ups, and various clerical duties. Responsibilities: Accuratelyentering customer orders into the system Conducting outbound calls to customers to clarify order details Handling both inbound and outbound email correspondence Carrying out other data entry duties as needed Following up with customers to ensure equipment is returned Checking in with customers to determine if they need to place an order Performing additional clerical duties as required Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook for various tasks Problem-solving basic computer issues Ensuring excellent customer service through phone and email communication Requirements Proficiency in data entry operations with high level of accuracy and speed Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for effective communication and scheduling Experience in order entry and processing Ability to handle high volume of data with attention to detail Excellent organizational skills for managing and retrieving data Good interpersonal skills for collaboration with other team members Strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot data-related issues Commitment to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data privacy rules Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Willingness to learn new technologies and tools related to data entry High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is required.
