Innova Solutions has a client who is immediately hiring for a Data Control Clerk.

Position type: Fulltime/Contract

Location : Cleveland, OH 44111

Duration : 06 Months (possibility of Temp to Perm)

Shift: 3rd shift Mon - Fri 10:00pm-6:30am - 40 hours a week, possible OT,

As a Data Control Clerk, you will:

Level III: 1 years of experience. Excel skills needed for this role. Receives and inputs data information into an Excel Spreadsheet. Maintains and revises data as necessary and keep correct data. Other clerical duties and tasks may be required. This is in an production environment so you will be walking around hourly to collect the data needed to enter into the excel spreadsheet.

This position is responsible for entering product status updates in Microsoft Excel on an hourly basis in production throughout the plant. Will also update and enter information into database (Oracle). Individual will need to wear PPE and walk to different buildings to collect information and enter.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Manage complexity. Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously and prioritize efficiently while working without close supervision.

Requirements:

• Education - High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience - 1+ years in data entry, clerical, or similar role
• Excellent skills with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook - Must be comfortable utilizing Excel including entering data and checking for accuracy. Individual should be intermediate.
• Must be comfortable working in and walking through the production areas. This is not an office role. They will be on their feet for the majority of the shift.
• Must wear PPE throughout the day
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and ability to do a lot of walking
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Work effectively with a variety of people

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $22.00 - $23 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
