Our client, a leading logistics company, is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join their team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Shipping and Receiving Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Data Entry Clerk Location: Pittsburgh, PA Pay Range: $18.27/hr What's the Job? Manage and handle data entry functions on a day-to-day basis Receive and process invoices for payment and update invoice details accordingly Apply computer skills to reconcile bill of lading (BOL) and other shipping documents to data processing system Demonstrate strong communication skills required as this position is expected to communicate with third party vendors and Company personnel Assists the manager and other staff with paperwork and other clerical matters, as needed Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organization skills Answer the phone line and transfer calls accordingly Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies What's Needed?
