Position Overview: As the Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data into our systems. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. The Data Entry Clerk will be an essential part of our team, ensuring that our data is precise and up-to-date.
Responsibilities of the Data Entry Clerk: - Accurately inputting and updating data into databases and spreadsheets.
- Verifying the accuracy of data before it is entered.
- Maintaining and organizing files and records.
- Performing regular data quality checks to identify and correct errors.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure data consistency.
- Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications for the Data Entry Clerk: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy.
