Title: Data Entry Clerk

Duration: 06+ Months with possibility of extension

Shift: 8AM – 5:00PM

Location: Seattle, WA 98101

Pay Range: $17.96 - $18.96/hr.

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing print queues, imaging documents, and ensuring smooth document intake for internal users. This is a production-based role where you will work closely with a team of 30-40 employees in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Retrieve print jobs from the queue and efficiently image them for intake processing.
• Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to complete assigned tasks and document handling.
• Scan documents into a shared group mailbox using email to manage workflow.
• Meet production targets and handle an assigned workload, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Collaborate with internal team members to meet department goals and maintain a high level of accuracy.
• Move between desk, printer, and mailboxes to complete daily tasks.
• Ensure all work is handled in a professional and timely manner, adhering to company policies and standards.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to meet production requirements and handle a steady workload.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a large team.
• Comfortable with moving around the office (from desk to printer and mailboxes).
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
