Graham Personnel Services is seeking a data entry specialist for a local non profit in Greensboro. This is a contract only role that will last 12-14 weeks. Hours are 8 am-5 pm M-F - Pay is $18-20/hr. Must be willing to complete a data entry skills test and successfully score 50 WPM or higher. RESPONSIBILITIES - Review applications for eligibility and enters data into the system Assist providers with the application process, waitlist creation and maintenance, maintaining an electronic communication log, receiving, preparing and processing applications, entering the applications into the App system, receive and place phone calls daily, assist with the prioritization and placement process; mailing confirmation letters to parents, maintaining correct placement lists, organizing and maintaining all materials related to the placement process, plan and support application events.
