Job Description: The Data Entry Customer Service position involves providing administrative support by accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company databases while also assisting customers with inquiries. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented with strong customer service skills, ensuring that customer information is handled promptly and efficiently. Pay Range: $800 - $1150 weekly Responsibilities include: Accurately enter and update customer information in company databases and systems Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and timely information Resolve customer issues or direct them to the appropriate department for further assistance Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues Ensure data integrity by reviewing, correcting, or verifying information as necessary Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and document management Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth data flow and consistent customer service Generate reports based on data entry and customer interaction statistics Identify areas for improvement in customer service and data entry processes Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in data entry or customer service preferred Strong typing and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with CRM systems Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Attention to detail and ability to work independently Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to assisting customers Benefits: Competitive salary Health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement savings plan Paid time off (PTO) and holidays Professional development opportunities Employee wellness programs Flexible work schedule options
